terms and conditions

  • I will only accept up to 3 commissions at a time. Slots may re-open after i finish current commissions.

  • I have the right to refuse commissions for any personal reason.

  • You must provide me with character references and a pose reference.

  • I will be contacting you if I decide to accept or deny your commission.

  • Working time will adapt accordingly to the illustration's difficulty and my personal life happenings (thank you for understanding!).

  • You may ask for progress updates, but please be patient as I have other work to do.

  • You may post the artwork on social media, but you are not allowed to resell my work in any form.

  • You are not allowed to remove my watermark.

  • You are not allowed to use my art as NFT or AI training.

  • Commissions are for personal use and personal use only.

  • For commercial commissions, you may email me at [email protected] with the subject "Commercial Commission"

payment

  • Please do not pay before i send an invoice!

  • I accept payment through BCA (local), Gopay (local), or Paypal (international)

  • For (small projects) i take payment upfront! I will start the commission once payment has been sent

  • For (bigger projects) i take down payments for 50%. I will start the commission once down payment has been sent.

  • No refunds after sketch has been approved.

  • Full refund if I cannot complete your commission and you've already paid.

  • Only two minor revisions allowed, one revision when working with sketch and one revision when working with base colors.

  • Major revisions = extra fee.
